The trail follows along side the joined streams on a very gentle grade. Because the slope is so deceptively level, reaching the top of Berry Creek falls comes as a surprise. As can be seen here, what at first seems another small stretch of white water, is in fact the creek plunging over the edge to crash on the rocks below. Even the sound of the falls is subdued from this vantage point.
