Goat Rock is one of the major attractions to be found in Castle Rock State Park. Unlike the park's namesake, Castle Rock which is viewless, Goat Rock commands marvelous views across the redwood forests and on out to the Pacific. It is a magnet for rock climbers who can be seen practicing their skills on most days.
