White House and White Barn
Trail Thoughts and Musings
Having left the graceful arching trees, the trail opens up to a view of the White House and White Barn. The White House is a historic ranch house built in the 1880's as a summer home of a San Francisco family. Legend has it that it was previously a stagecoach stop. The barn was built at about the same time. This ends the hike. Follow the road back to the parking area from where started.
