Copper Creek

Trail Thoughts and Musings

The trail leaves the Ranger station and begins a gentle ascent though tall pine trees. In a short while the first of three crossing of Copper Creek is encountered. In the summer these three branches may or may not contain water, but in spring the flow is prodigious. A bridge provides a crossing on one the streams but an easy boulder hop is required on the others.
