From this viewpoint the extent of damage can be clearly seen. The bridge is strewn with debris even though months have elapsed since the flood. In the background can be seen some of the buildings that make up the Happy Isle complex. Some buildings were not restored after the rock slide and it remains to be determined how much restoration of the bridges will be done.
